So they didn’t exactly answer that question. The marina is one block from historic district. The district itself is 4 blocks x 8. Worth the stop

Recommendation ... visit the Welcome/information Center, right by the train tracks. Actually, the Center is the old train station. Here you will find out what's happening, and what might be of interest to you and your group. Have fun!
